Stephanie followed up with us post sale to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction, giving us the impression that we were being engaged as potential life-long customers rather than as a one-time purchase consumer. Hi! My family has been going to this dealer since 2003. we bought a new 2003 car, new 2005 van, 2 new 2008 trucks.Ever since we found this dealer and service department in 2003, we havent been anywhere else. We think they are great. Scott Lyon is very honest and up front about what you need done. It took us a while to find a service department that we could trust.We cant say enough about the service, the workmanship,and the great people that work there.But mostly the trust that you build with the service department.You always feel welcomed when you walk in. They always let you know whats going on and if you need a ride they are great at getting you where you need to be. We think their #1 when it come to service and workmanship. After using Davidson Chevrolet in Malden for many years I was forced to find another dealership when they closed. I had two mechanics refer me to the same dealership and same service adviser. Lucky for me I was referred to Herb Chambers Chevrolet and a service adviser named Scott Lyon. Scott is the number one reason I have been taking my 2009 Impala to Herb Chambers Chevrolet for service and warranty work. Scott is a knowledgeable, dedicated and energized individual whose main purpose is to keep the customer happy by taking the necessary steps to get the vehicle serviced and or repaired correctly the first time around in a reasonable amount of time. In addition to great service the dealership is staffed with a bunch of nice friendly people that make you feel very comfortable.

Scott is the best Service person I have ever run across. A few weeks ago my wife was going ot Vermont to pick up mt daughter form school, when they ran into a cold front and snow storm. her windshield fluid was freezing coming out of the ports and then stopped all together. Fearing something had broken she called me and I called Scott to see if he could help with a dealership in the area that might be able to check her car quickly. Scott called Dealerships in Montpelier and Burlington for and gave her the names, address and phone numbers so she could find them if the problem persisited. Unfortuntely, both dealerships were "too busy" to even have her stop by and take a quick look. I was shocked, as on more than one occaision we have had a small issue and Scott always stop by and let me look, it might a quick fix. As it turned out the problem was freezing fluid due to the extreme cold and temperature change, but I'm sure you can imagine the concren of being on an interstate highway in snow with salt spray and trucks and being unable to clear it. Scott is "the" reason I buy vehicles form Herb Chambers. I have bought many cars from that location over the years and have 4 vehicles on the road and being serviced there. Without Scott, I'm sure I would have looked elsewhere, where today, i don't even think about it. Dave Bartlett
