Everyone at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn were extremely helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Best of all, Javier drove my new vehicle on the test drive. I know it was slightly unusual but I never like driving with people I don't know and he had no problem accommodating my request. It's all about the little things but this was a big thing for me.

Daniel, in customer service,. was terrific. I discovered an additional problem after my appointment was already booked and Daniel made sure to have a look at it and took good care of me. I have always been thrilled with the Herb Chambers Service Department. They really are top notch and customer focused.
