I recently purchased my dream car, a 2017 Lincoln MKX at the Norwood Lincoln Herb Chambers facility. We were met by Paul Calder and the rest was history. Paul was exceptional with his knowledge of the car and his explanation was superb. He was so pleasant, not your typical pushy salesman. He listened to us and then directed us to the right fit for us. He was so prepared for the pick up of the car, and he spent over an hour going over all the new, unbelievable features of my new car. I felt that I knew most of the features, but Paul gave me his cell phone number, just in case something came up that I didn't understand. I have bought 5 cars in my life, and this experience and product were the best by far!! Stop into Herb Chambers Lincoln and ask for Paul!! Last week I purchased my 3rd Lincoln SUV after making a mistake and buying another foreign luxury SUV. I lasted 1 year in the wrong car and now I am back to Lincoln and Herb Chambers and I could not be happier. As a 3rd time owner you would think I wouldn't have many questions but when I did Danny knew the answers. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and being able to walk me through all the fancy settings these cars have. He had the car all set up (customized and connected my phone) and ready for us to drive away after signing that paperwork. While there we met Peter the GM and Jim in finance and they were both very nice and easy to work with. I will continue to recommend Herb Chambers to friends and family and I am so glad to be back. Oh and most importantly I was very very please with what they offered me on my trade..so bonus.

Mara made my buying experience excellent. I was truly impressed with her knowledge of the vehicle and how well she transferred that knowledge to me. She was very attentive and had everything prepared when I arrived to pick up my new vehicle. Jim the finance guy was great too, he explained my warranty options clearly and we got through all the paperwork in no time. I recently purchased a new Continental from Herb Chambers Lincoln in Norwood MA. The facility is spotless and offers comfort and hospitality for customers. General manager Peter Hern and the entire staff made the entire experience a pleasure, spending as much time as I needed to explain every aspect of the ordering process and about the car I was about to order. They kept me appraised of the status of my order, My salesman, Florin Burghiu was especially helpful, spending over 3 hours when I took delivery of the car explaining the functions of the new technology, endlessly patient with my many questions. He has since called to see if I have any questions. The finance staff went to great lengths in helping me understand the options available and arranging additional services to make ownership more convenient for me so that traveling the sixty-six miles from New Hampshire was well worth the trip.

There was no "hard sell", the people we dealt with were friendly and respectful; and we never felt pressure. We found a great car, at a very good price, and it was delivered in spotless condition. We've been driving foreign cars for many years, and this MKZ was the first American car to catch our interest. Haven't driven too many miles, but so far my wife is very happy with her new wheels, and that's all you can ask.

I have leased 4 vehicles from Bill Owen. Went from a 2012 to a 2013 new body style mkz on an early bird turn in with lower monthly payments. My third lease was a mkc on Special order which takes the better part of two months. A vehicle with the same options came in and the customer changed their mind. Received a call from Bill Owen and was in the car by the end of week. Only one and a half years into a three year lease and was able to upgrade to a better mkc for a lower monthly payment again. Bill Owen is excellent to work with before during and after the deal.
