I had a great Experience at Herb Chambers of Danvers. Friendly, nice and understanding. Just a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the new car. Other than that, great experience.

I recently purchased a new 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Alan here at Herb Chambers. It was such a wonderful experience. I had looked at two other dealerships that weren't very knowledgeable or nearly as friendly as Alan, Will, and Joe at Herb Chambers. they did everything they could to get me a great price that beat the competition. If you're looking for a new Jeep, I strongly recommend going to Herb Chambers; you won't be disappointed!

My wife and I currently own a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with 110 K miles. I plan to keep this vehicle and hope to get another 10 years out of it. For this reason we began checking out Jeep dealerships with the intention of purchasing a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We began our in-person shopping at Herb Chambers Jeep of Danvers, Ma. I had done some price checking on-line and knew what I expected to pay. We were greeted by salesman Vito Scavo. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and we explained what we were looking for and Vito showed us the exact vehicle! We went for a test drive and I was very pleased to find that while more than willing to answer any questions we had, Vito allowed the vehicle to sell itself. Very wise move, because we headed back to the dealership to discuss price. I was again very happy to find that at Herb Chambers the price they quote is the price you can get the vehicle for. No running back to the "manager" to see if your offer works. The price I was quoted was considerably lower than I expected and that combined with the fact that it was the exact vehicle we were looking for was enough to convince us to agree to the deal. Our salesman Veto worked with us through the entire process and when we picked up the vehicle he spent time explaining every button, knob, switch and light in the Jeep. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Vito even introduced me to the "Red Team" service manager and explained that when I come in for service my vehicle will be worked on by the same team of mechanics each time. I would be remiss if I did not mention that the finance manager Joe Dipietro was easy to work with and made the sometimes difficult financing part of the purchase smooth and without any surprises. This probably sounds like it was written by someone with a personal interest in this dealership, but I assure you my wife and I walked in cold and were so impressed with every aspect of this car buying experience that I am happy to write this review. Obviously I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a car or truck to check out this dealership for yourself. It may be well worth your time.

Our SECOND vehicle purchase from Herb Chambers was ANOTHER wonderful experience! Because of an unplanned move from the city to the suburbs, my husband and I had to part with our beloved Chevy Avalanche so that we could purchase (2) vehicles to replace the one. Mark worked tirelessly to ensure that I found a vehicle that suited my needs and lifestyle. I first contacted him a couple of months ago and expressed our interest in purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. Without pressure, he contacted me periodically until we were ready to proceed. Once I'd selected a vehicle model, he explained each version's features and options. Although HD didn't have the EXACT model and color that I wanted, he worked to secure a trade with another Dodge dealership in record time. He kept me in the loop regarding the status of delivery - even calling me on his day off. After the sale, he made sure that I had all of the registration and service support that I needed. Joseph ALSO made our entire purchase experience less painful by securing a low-interest loan for us, explaining all of our extended protection options, instructing us on how to obtain reimbursement for the unused portion of the extended warranty on our Avalanche ($$$), and building confidence in our relationship with the entire Herb Chambers team. Always professional, Mark and Joey work HARD to ensure that their customers know that they really DO care about their overall purchase experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Herb Chambers of Danvers and ESPECIALLY these two guys.
