I was very impressed with this dealership. I came in only to test drive and explained I was not looking to purchase. The staff made me feel very comfortable and was so knowledgeable about vehicles. This Dodge dealer has given my wife and myself the best experience and the best service, as we started a new lease on a 2023 Durango and afterwards. My Hispanic point of view is that they treated us very professional and respectful. Everyone has been very politely, helpful and their service has been awesome. From salesman by the name of Ricky F. to the sales manager Mike S. to their mechanics team. Our current Durango is the 5th Durango lease but we decided this time we decided to come to this Rt1 Lawrenceville Dodge/Chrysler dealer and good thing we did. If I could give Dodge of Lawrenceville, ten stars I would. The service center has some of the most skilled technicians who are knowledgeable about Dodge vehicles and provide high-quality repairs and maintenance. The expertise of the staff( after the many questions I had ) was absolutely incredible. The service was prompt and efficient. The communication of time and how long delivering services would take was given upon progression which was much appreciated. I felt that the customer service was extremely impressive to Route 1, they truly made me feel as though all my concerns big or small were most important and addressed.
