Purchased a Ram TRX last week. The salesman (Danny) was great, courteous and respectful throughout the process. Was in and out relatively quickly. Finance department (Mike) was very courteous and met my needs swiftly. Even though I noticed some small scratches and factory defects, the dealership was supportive and quick to resolve the situation. This is my 2nd vehicle in 2 years from Route1USA Dealership, and looking forward to a 3rd once the EV Chargers roll out.
