I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sport via internet sales as I purchased from out of state, whole experience has been great. Jason, Alex and Meagan were very helpful with everything. No pressure sales during the process and when I flew in to Chattanooga Alex picked me up from my motel in the morning I picked up my Wrangler (Saturday May 27th). The staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond. From the moment I arrived Sean was a fantastic and very knowledgeable salesman. His knowledge and understanding of Nissan vehicles helped sale the Frontier. After I bought the vehicle he came out and helped explain all the buttons/ features and even helped me set up my phone with the vehicle. He was great from beginning to end. Tony helped finalize the deal for me. He was exceptional and knowledgeable at his job as well. He had a great personality and was very friendly. He took the time to explain things very well and offer us additional things/ packages. Overall everyone was fantastic. I don’t have a negative thing to say. My overall experience was fantastic. Brock was by far the best car salesman I have ever had. He went above and beyond answering my questions and making sure we felt comfortable in our decision. He as well as the other staff members at the Cleveland Tn dealership, made us feel welcome and they negotiated a fair price on both my trade in and car being purchased. They searched for the exact car we were looking for and ended up finding it approximately 150 miles away. Brock drove down and picked it up and brought our car back. I felt like my wife and I made some new friends on this journey. I highly recommend visiting them the next time you are in need of a sweet ride. You will not be disappointed.

As usual, it was perfect. Didn’t have to wait long, but it’s always a nice place to sit down at a table and do work while I wait. Everyone in the whole facility is nice and friendly. It’s always super clean, the bathroom was spotless, I always enjoy coming over there for my cars maintenance. We bought it almost new from there so it’s never needed anything else.
