This was my first time to get our Mercedes serviced. John Berry did a great job taking care of our needs. Bob was able to reserve me a loaner & schedule my appointment. I now know you have to call early to get a loaner car. I like the fact that everything is sent via text, including your invoice, what needs to be serviced, recommended services, and you also have the ability to pay online prior to picking up the vehicle.
