We came looking for a particular, uncommon feature and thinking we wanted a used Passat. Scott greeted us warmly and quickly got us to a test drive over a very well thought-out route. When we decided against the Passat, Scott listened to our considerations and found another used vehicle that met our needs and was in our price range. Later he even helped by 'phone with a question I had about an indicator light. The paper-work on our purchase was prepared carefully and explained well. The manager was even able to help us with our bank's delay in transferring funds to our checking account!
