I was considering buying a new car, so in order to become acquainted with. Zimmerman Honda, I brought a vehicle for service and was very pleased. Upon a return visit, I walked through the showroom to seek a sales person. Doug took time to greet me and visit. He was warm, friendly, and easy going. Upon finding I was interested in buying, he said it was his job to find me exactly what I wanted - and he did! Even after I changed my mind and requested a different model, he was glad to accommodate my wishes - so professional and helpful - whatever I wanted was his to make happen!
