I have purchased 3 new Pilots from Jim Ruge of Zimmerman, a 2003, a 2013 and recently a 2018. I still have all 3 and they still work great and fill differing needs as a business owner and grandparent. Zimmerman has been wonderful in providing support, recall repair, information and adding new options as I have needed them.
