With me being a first time buyer, I was a bit nervous. Richard took amazing care of me and my dad from the moment we walked in the door till the very second we left. He not only made me feel comfortable, but he also provided an exceptional amount of information that a first time buyer should understand. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have never received customer service like this ever. He was very thorough in describing the different types of vehicles I was interested in. He even offered to show them all to me! I felt very confident with my decision thanks to Richard! The rest of the staff were also extremely friendly which made the experience as well. I would highly recommend going to this dealership, not only because it's a Toyota, but also because of the customer service. I knew i was in good hands when I made my final decision. The experience was absolutely AWESOME!! Kevin, my service rep, kept me abreast during the entire process. He was polite and helpful and made me feel at ease. Greg in the parts and accessories department was the absolute best. We talked about everything related to and not related to my truck and the visit was great! This location has greatly improved in service, and I now highly recommend them. My expectations were exceeded by the friendly staff (Keven R. and Cherie), who helped me get maintenance sorted out and a new battery for my FR-S (at the last second!). Yes, it took a little while for everything, but it was well worth the wait for high quality service! I also received excellent service from Derek Howard while purchasing tires during their tire savings event. GREAT experience. Considering purchasing another vehicle through this dealership, especially with the new rewards program in place.

There is a guy in the service department by the name of Derrick. He was polite, welcoming and also demonstrated excellent customer service skills. This service center even does a courtesy lite car wash and vacuum for free....not to mention the fact that they offer free snacks and beverages as well. Service was also timely in my opinion. This is a good service center...and if you don't know who to ask for-his name is Derrick.
