I came into Nalley to try to figure out a replacement for my beloved 15 QX60, that had been recently hit and totaled. I knew that an Infiniti would be the best replacement, as I’ve owned 2 and they’ve been great cars. I wasn’t sure how the buying experience was going to work as this was going to be the second car for our family that was replace in a year (other car was hit and totalled in January). Nicole listened, gave me viable options and went out of her way to get my family in an Infiniti that we liked and that worked for our lifestyle and budget. She is super patient and a consummate professional. Thank you to Nicole and Larry Cucerello for getting me and my family back on the road.
