I am extremely pleased with the service I received at Sons Acura in Morrow. The sales representative L.T was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and was able to answer all my questions. He also went over and above to make sure that my car buying experience was pleasant. I decided to share experience for a chance to win an assessor you giveaway😊 Today is my 3rd time here at Sons since I purchased my Acura TL and each time I have come I always get the same consistent customer service, which I love! Mark in service to me is my personal service person at Sons because he never forgot my name when I pulled into service, he is always professional and nice, and he always did what he said he would do which is very important to me as a navy veteran I am big on integrity, and honor! He never gave me the runaround or said something that he couldn't do. He really deserves an employee appreciation of some sort. Just to share prior to coming to sons Acura I had to get my battery replaced and then I got the alert about my key not working so I called sons and mark told me to come in so he can check it out, just so happen that the whole key system needed to be replaced, which my warranty paid. Mark told me I needed to come back once the part was in and he would call me and he did, so I went back and they worked on my car for about 2-3 hours only to find out that the part was not the right part.... He was sooo apologetic and sincere that I couldn't be mad he made up for it by personally contacting me the correct part got in and he made me a priority! I love the service I was given and will continue to do business with sons as long as mark will be there! Thank you sons acura😊

Sons Acura gives the car buying experience a good name. Having been through a long process of finding the right car, I was so pleased to walk into Sons Acura and get the treatment I needed. I worked with Richard who let me test drive the vehicle more than once, no questions asked. He made me feel comfortable asking questions and worked with me to find a great deal. Most importantly, he listened. Larry, who helped with all of my paperwork was extremely comforting and willing to answer all of my questions. I seen a car they had listed so I called I figured the salesman would tell me its been sold... I got a hold of Darrell he not only went to put his hands on the car he told me he would hold it to give me time to come look at it. When I got there the car was clean and had gas as if he knew I would buy it:) He was nice and very professional I went there because of price I bought because of the service. I found some cheaper at a few other places but they either didnt have the car or didnt call me back. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I know dealers dont check these review sites but I figured I would add my 2cents
