Hi, I had no appointment and drove up. Was taken care of immediately by Jeffrey Coward. Super nice and Polite. Waited while they did maintenance on my 2019 Armada. He informed me battery needed to be replaced on top of my maintenance. Since the vehicle is still under warranty he discounted it but the fact that he offered without me asking was top notch! Jeffrey said my car would be ready in an hour and it was. I’m extremely happy with the work that was done and everyone was nice. I sat in the waiting room waiting for car, everyone who passed me said ‘Goodmorning’. It was clean. I worked on my laptop and the hour went pretty fast. My car was washed and Jeffrey programmed my new phone to my car and I was on my way. Definitely will continue to go back to Nissan of Tustin. Jeffrey, top notch service guy.
