The moment I stepped inside the Kia dealership I was greeted by Jessica. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to my needs and features I wanted in my new car. She was receptive to my budget and was able to find me the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. I did not feel I was settling for anything. Jess was very helpful & courteous. Fast to reply to my questions. There's a few more things I need addressed with the vehicle but I have confidence that she will take care of them.
