The customer service here is great. They tell you the approximate time it will take for the vehicle to be complete and they have a very comfortable waiting area with massage chairs, cookies, popcorn, coffee and water.

Expedient, collaborative, efficient, and hospitable.. These are adjectives that comes to mind somewhat like a word association activity. I have been pleased to date regarding my interactions to date. My warranty will be up soon. Not long ago I noticed a problem that was not founded by service. However, I trust, should the problem resurface, after the warranty has expired, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if they resolve the problem complimentary.

They say the best or nothing is why people desire Mercedes Benz cars. I concur. That also goes for service. I highly recommend Fort Washington Mercedes Benz. I have been to several in the Tri-state area and the friendliness of my advisor JoAnne and the lengths she will go to make sure I have everything,from loaner car or follow up has been outstanding. Plus, they get you in & out without compromising on the level of service you receive.
