Erika is the absolute best! Love her! I don’t use the words above and beyond very often but she for sure went above and beyond and out of her way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Will definitely be coming back because of her. I have been purchasing my vehicles from this dealership since the early 80s. The salesman that helped me purchase my 2017 impala in 2019, is also the young man that helped me purchase my 2024 silverado. 4 years is a long time for a young man like him. I think you should find him and groom him for long-term employment at this dealer ship. I was surprised to see that he still worked there, I'm proud of this young man, He made my purchasing a new car pleasurable. I feel comfortable, if I have to go back down there for help or questions.
