Erika P is an Excellent Sales Rep. She went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing a new vehicle. She worked hard to assist me. If you want an Honest Sales Rep that goes above and beyond you definitely can not go wrong seeing her. Ty Brian C for working hard to get me the Best financing and being straightforward.. I drove away with a Nice car, it took less than 3 hours from start to finish, Everyone was Nice, Helpful, Honest and Straight Forward. There was an issue with my car once I was home driving it. This dealership had me bring it back to see Rick in Service Dept. He found me the part needed and the next day in less than 2 hours my car was fixed right. Just bought my new 2016 Avalon last Saturday, and my experience was fantastic! I got to work with Jerry and he made our time worth while! He made the buying process very smooth and quick. While we were waiting for my credit check he offered us snacks, waters, and made us comfortable. I asked him if we could get remote start installed and he was very quick to set up an appointment with a third party installer. Jerry is also quick to respond with any questions I have regarding anything about my cars tire I needed to have replaced. Jerry truly went above and beyond to make us feel like a family. We give Blake a 5 star 🌟 rating. He goes above & beyond what an employee does. I give your service lady that answers the phone a 3 star because when we called many times to speak with Blake she never connected us with him just went to voicemail. She never came back telling my husband or I that she was trying to contact anyone. I had to get ugly & I don't like doing this finally she connected me with Blake. We had our 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 dually in for coolant leak, oil change,rotate & balance tires. Blake you deserve a raise for your compassion to the customers. Thank you Joe & Annette
