We took our 2017 Chevy Silverado to Ed Kirby for some work that needed to be done with the air conditioner and in the process of their thorough overall check of our vehicle they discovered some other issues that needed to be taken care of with our vehicle. We were kept well informed of what was going and what other issues were found and the needed repairs . We had a warranty that we purchased at the time when we bought the vehicle and they worked with our warranty company in a very timely manner and got everything covered minus our deductible and the oil change. Their customer service goes above and beyond and Rick in the service department took excellent care of us and just was an overall pleasure to work with along with his staff. We would highly recommend anybody going to Ed Kirby for their service vehicle needs you may have. We will definitely be using them in the future for any other issues that occur with our vehicles and for our oil changes. Thank you for making what could’ve been such a stressful time with getting our truck repaired an easy, very timely,and stress free situation!! You all are AWESOME!!!

Erika is the absolute best! Love her! I don’t use the words above and beyond very often but she for sure went above and beyond and out of her way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Will definitely be coming back because of her. She is so very efficient and not to mention a great problem-solver, any issue we ran into she was very professional and quick to put any issues we had at ease. Incredible.

Past issues with the Service Department corrected! Rick Patton in Service stepped up and made good on a bad service experience in June of 2023. Took our Jeep in for basic service in June 2023. Up front pricing was sketchy at best. All service was not completed, and the bill was $40 more than expected. Talked to 2 different associates and one of the managers. Final answer : That is just the way the computer prices the service and there was nothing they could do to correct this. After driving home, I find that all service was not completed, so had to return the vehicle to get those items completed. My plan was to take the Jeep out of town for the next service and no more business with Edd Kirby. Before I scheduled the next service in April 2024 with an out of town dealer, I called Edd Kirby just to see if the pricing estimate process had changed. It had and I was given a price in line with other dealers I had called. I was put in touch with Rick in the service department, he reviewed my last visit and asked me to give them another chance and he would make it right. I took the vehicle over and Rick went above my expectations in getting everything corrected. We will be back as customers.

I want to give Edd Kirby a HUGE shoutout for getting my husband and myself into a really nice Jeep Cherokee! Josh, Stefan, Nolan, and the rest of the crew there treated us like family from the moment we set foot in the building. I told them my story, was honest, and straight forward with my situation for another dealership. I told them how much I had to put down. That was it. The experience was amazing and quick. Recently, my 2016 Jeep Cherokee needed a massive repair. This is my 5th Jeep I have purchased from Edd Kirby going back to the 1990's. I keep coming back because they make buying a car a pleasant experience. I don't recall any of of my previous vehicles having any issues. Honestly, I have always tried to take excellent care of my cars, but I learned the hard way, the importance of using Edd Kirby's service dept. for all maintenance and repairs to help extend the life of my car. I want to give a shout to Hank for getting me back on the road. You did such an excellent job on the repair in a short amount of time. You are a master technician! If my jeep could talk she would agree she runs just like a dream! BIG thanks to Rick for taking the time to explain what was going on with the car, why this was happening and for helping me me stay within my budget. Like Hank, you also, know these cars inside and out. Your knowledge is invaluable! I appreciate your patience too, which kept me from freaking out during this stressful time. lol Seriously, I highly recommend Edd Kirby service dept, and the rest of their awesome team. Rest assured you can trust them for all of your car needs!
