Great experience. Called for an appointment to get my car looked at as the engine light was on. This was my first experience with Colonial Buick. I was searching for a particular color combo and trim which colonial had in stock. There were several dealers that had what i was looking for, however none of them would give me numbers without coming in. Brian was nothing but helpful, cooperative and no pressure. Knowledgable employees go a long way. Brian sat me down and went through the options of multiple vehicals available. turns out what i was looking for was right on site. Still wrapped in plastic. The best fathers day present I could've baught myself lol. He went through all the electronics, onstar, infotainment setup. Even setup the bluetooth on my phone for me. And the financing with Rich was a breeze. I left completely satisfied. I'd definitely buy from him again. Thanks Brian for a pleasant experience.
