What a great dealership. I always have a great car purchase experience. When I take my Forester in for service, I feel like I am treated like I'm at a 5-Star hotel. Seriously. They go above and beyond in service and I know from my past experiences at other dealerships. The service advisers are all professional and super helpful and never take on a pressure sales role for anything. Loved my free car washes too! I let the Service Manager, Kevin Schmidt know that he has great employees! I am WILD about Wilde!

I want to thank Kevin Schmidt the service manager For accommodating me and my concerns and providing me with a time slot for my 2018 Subaru Outback,I believe he went out of his way for a customer, I also want to thank the service dept for explaining to me the radiator overflow and it’s operation for which I did not understand and addressing my concerns for the heating system within my vehicle, And I am still evaluating the heating system operation in my vehicle due to the warm weather. This was my best dealership experience to date; Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. The expectations were clear, and even though I had to wait for my vehicle to arrive from the factory, I was quoted a reasonable timeline and the car was delivered before the quoted timeframe. I particularly appreciated Ryan giving me a walkthrough of all of the features of my new car; I've purchased two new vehicles in the past, including another Subaru at a different dealership, and I never felt I got this level of service during the final transition, so I appreciate Ryan taking the time to do it. My only "opportunity for improvement" would be to have proactively let me know the vehicle was in; I had to follow up a few times to schedule time to pick up my car, which was the only minor negative in the whole experience.
