I received the best customer service today! I purchased my car from this dealership a few years ago and had an awesome experience, but then moved and had to get my service from a different dealership. The dealership I changed to had poor customer service and I missed Pine Belt. Thankfully I have since moved back to the area and came in today for an oil change. I was helped by Jordan and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up getting more services than originally planned, but Jordan was very knowledgeable and helped me make an informed decision that was in my price range. The woman at the register, Amy was super sweet and immediately put a smile on my face. I highly recommend this dealership and their service is excellent! Thank you Jordan and Amy!

Usually not a fan of buying cars as the process is long and painful.. I went to Pine Belt Subaru and had an amazing experience with Marisa! She made the whole process super easy and painless. Highly recommend this dealership and the wonderful salesman that is Marisa! She was able to get me the best price that no other dealership could come close to. Overall an awesome experience and I will recommend this place to everyone looking for a car!

I could not be happier with the attention and service I received at Pine Belt Subaru recently with my new vehicle purchase. Marisa was so kind and patient with me as I laid out my “must haves” and walked the lot finding the perfect car. She was extremely knowledgeable about her inventory which is impressive. She answered all of my questions (even some a few days later) and really gave good guidance. She knew what I was looking for and didn’t try to up sell me with features that I didn’t need. The entire financing process was seamless and they made sure I understood everything. I recommend her to all of my family and friends.

We knew Subaru is a very good safe vehicle and that is why we went to this dealership. We did not realize that besides the great car we would get the best experience. I stopped in to Pine Belt Subaru, just on a whim and curious about the inventory. When I arrived, Marisa greeted me. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and answered every question I had with ease. Definitely one of the best salesman I’ve ever encountered. The last car I purchased, as soon as I left the dealership, I never heard from them again. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a Subaru Outback from Pine Belt. The salesman, Geovannie Padilla was experienced, informative and a pleasure to work with. There was never any pressure to purchase a car. The financing part was quick and easy. The insurance department quickly had my car insured properly. I returned back a short time later to speak with Shawn Harris in the technology department. He sat with me in my car, answered all of my questions, and showed me so many of the wonderful features in my car. He also gave me his business card if I needed any more assistance.
