My Q7 had an issue that even the Audi regional reps could not figure out, Matt Brickey The service manager asked me to have confidence in his top tech Jason, they solved an obscure issue with a small drain located behind the dashboard that was connected improperly during manufacturing, their expertise is amazing but beyond that they handled me in a way that made me feel as if I was a valued customer despite the fact that I I am fanatical about my car and checked in with them far more than I’m sure they wanted me to, enormous thumbs up to Matt Brickey and his team!
