Best experience I’ve had , and I’ve been to A LOT of dealers. So genuine. Ali went above and beyond to cater to all of my needs. Adnan had the kindest smile and brought out a coloring book while my daughter bounced about and I signed the docs.

Peter Matton helped us upgrade our car and swap leases recently. Process was smooth and Peter worked diligently for us. Customer service was on point again and we'll be coming back in the years to come. The staff and service in the financing department were great again, too.

Our Lexus lease was ending, so my wife and I decided to take a look at Audi for our next car. The dealership itself is beautiful. We went in without an appointment or having spoken to anyone. As we aimlessly walked around for a moment, we were greeted and asked how we could be helped. After explaining our interests we were introduced to Ali who sat us down and ran through a few options. We told him how short on time we were that day, and he respected our time, worked quickly to give suggestions and find out what was important to us. We ended up picking a model we had not considered due to needing enough room for our child's car seat, but still wanting a smaller car (as our 2nd car). the entire process from start to finish was very professional and friendly. When we went to go pick up the car the sales manager introduced himself, and Ali also introduced us to the service department so we would already have established some level of a relationship with them. Sven who worked with us on the finance side was also a pleasure to work with. I can't say one negative thing about this process, and would recommend Audi of Burlington and Ali to anyone who's in the market.
