So glad I found Zimmerman Honda! After trying to purchase the car I was looking for months in the Chicagoland/Milwaukee area and given false promises, lied to (told the car was in stock and when I arrived an hour later was told "it just sold") or I would need to pay ridiculous mark-ups, I finally found Zimmerman Honda. They were honest with me from the start, told me what they had in stock and were willing to hold the vehicle I was interested in so I could see/test drive it the next day. After arriving (at 4 PM on a Saturday mind you) Mike J. was extremely helpful answering all our questions, letting us test drive, look the vehicle over and we never once felt rushed to make a decision because they closed at 5 PM. When we decided this was the vehicle for us, Mike and Jeff stayed late to complete the paperwork so we could drive it home that night (which coming from NE Illinois was a 3 hr drive). I might also add this was by far, one of the easiest and quickest sales we have ever completed. If your looking for a honest and reliable dealership with no haggling, no mark ups and an honest sales team, then this is the dealership for you.

We had been searching for an odyssey and were striking out at other dealers writing us off due to this car being “hot” and hard to find. Mike Jarrin and I texted for several days as we were searching for one with our criteria. Never once did he make us feel like we weren’t a priority or that he didn’t feel the need to earn our business, the way we were feeling at a few local dealerships. We were able to handle most of the negotiating via phone to save my husband and I a trip to the dealership until we knew we were ready to make a purchase. Given we were 1.5 hours away this was very appreciated. Mike was kind, knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured.
