Efficient and customer-centered service. Not just ‘nice’ - they provide a true customer service experience. We told Mallory what we were looking for by phone and she found exactly what we were looking for. She then connected us with Luis. Luis is like a trustworthy uncle who just wants you to be safe and happy. He took time to show us all aspects of our new car, and he showed us extras and add-ons but there was absolutely no pressure to buy extras. It was so nice to buy a car and not feel like I was being hustled. It was a direct, no nonsense process.

It was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership. After visiting several dealerships across Illinois and Iowa, Zimmerman Honda earned my business and made my first time buying a vehicle a memorable one! They explained each step, listened to my wants and needs, and took the time to answer any and all questions. I worked with Randy and he by far was the best sales person both my family and I have had the pleasure of encountering throughout this car buying process. Buying a car can be a stressful experience. You know you went to the right place when not only have you left with a car, but you were able to share laughs throughout the process. I am so glad we went into Zimmerman. I had a great overall experience at Zimmerman Honda. I called around to a lot of dealers looking for a new Odyssey. I started working with them because they had a short delivery timeline (compared to other dealers). They were a 3 hour drive away, but things kicked off on the right foot when Brendon R. was assigned to work with me. He was upfront and honest with the details (it was not a buyers market, but they never made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me). I felt they had a fair offer for my trade-in, and they provided a lot of financing options, and they didn’t pump up the price as I saw other dealers do. During the 3-4 months it took to get delivery of the van, Brendon kept communicating and shared changes in the used car market. Even through our trade decreased in value, Brendon and the used car manager were fair to deal with. When it came time to take delivery of the vehicle, Brendon, the Finance guy, Ben, and the detailer were all great to work with. Brendon really did help out to make the experience a positive one. I’d recommend Zimmerman Honda, Brendon as a salesman, and Ben for financing.

My wife and I purchased a new 2023 CR-V EX-L on December 10, 2022. This is our first time dealing with Zimmerman Honda and this was the BEST experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We dealt with Mike Jarrin and he made the whole experience stress free. I will be recommending Zimmerman Honda, and Mike Jarrin to all my family and friends if they are in the market for a Honda.
