Brendon Riesselman at Zimmerman Honda in Moline helped me find my new used Honda CRV. I recently lost my husband. I needed a reliable vehicle since I am alone now. My dad went with me to Zimmerman Honda in Moline car shopping. I was very very nervous to buy a car, which one, how much to spend, can I do this? Brendon understood my situation and helped me make the wisest choice on a car and financing that would work best for me. Took my nervousness away. And now I have a great reliable Honda CRV that I’m sure will last a long long time.

Efficient and customer-centered service. Not just ‘nice’ - they provide a true customer service experience. We told Mallory what we were looking for by phone and she found exactly what we were looking for. She then connected us with Luis. Luis is like a trustworthy uncle who just wants you to be safe and happy. He took time to show us all aspects of our new car, and he showed us extras and add-ons but there was absolutely no pressure to buy extras. It was so nice to buy a car and not feel like I was being hustled. It was a direct, no nonsense process.
