Pleasant and professional. Good selection at competitive prices. Sales rep, Tommy Manuel was very helpful, patient and polite. Didn't waste my time in any way. Got a very fair value for my trade-in, too. I'm pleased with the vehicle I bought. It met everything on my checklist.

This was my third time buying from Shelor Motor Mile. Each time, I have been very impressed with the service. This time Charles Miller was my sells rep. He showed that he really wanted me to be happy with the car I bought, not just put me in some type of car. He was at my side from 11:00 am until 8:00 pm to answer question, test drive each car in the cold & so forth.
