Jonny is extremely knowledgeable about the car. He literally knows the car inside out. I am glad I took the time to learn from him about the car otherwise I would never know that my car can drive itself, track the speed limit and change lane when I tell it to do so. Now I'm more comfortable and confidence to drive my new Mercedes and utilizing all its advance features.

I used Mercedes of Natick for my car because my wife works very close to it so it was convenient for me.I met the service rep Luis who was very attentive to my situation my car was hit while I was stopped at a Red light.He explained what they discovered that was wrong underneath.He also let me see what was wrong on the lift.Overall a excellent dealership from a friendly receptionist and excellent service department also I got to meet the technician who assessed the vehicle and even went for a ride with me to explain the issues.He was very knowledgeable and you could tell he actually cared to take the time to help me.I don’t remember his name but will call the service manager to thank him tomorrow.Please thank Luis again for the help I really appreciate good service and being in the service industry for 30 years I know when I get it.Again thanks
