Mercedes-Benz Natick gets 5 stars fundamentally because Charles E Scrymgeour is the best Sales Consultant I have ever known. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and helps one feel supported in this process. Indeed this is somewhere near the 8th AMG vehicle I have leased with CES as my agent. Absolutely he is the best. Salute also to Jonny Pham for his always thorough and memorable guidance on the functionality of the car, and to Koll Oloko who somehow turns the financing details into a painless experience.

It was a great experience having Jonny Pham explain to me all the technologies in the new C300. He's very knowledgeable about the car and also very patient. Great overall experience. Kudos to Mercedes Benz Natick team for helping us out with questions and support through end to end process. We, as a customer do believe in the brand but dealer did a good job in carrying it further. We would like to give a big cheers to Stephen Boston as our salesperson who helped us and explained end to end about everything along with Yatin Kamble as our business person to keep the ball rolling and Jonny Pham as our delivery specialist to give us granular level information about vehicle and its features.
