I picked up my new car March 26 and 5 months later the service is every bit as excellent. Charles Scrymgeour continues to impress with his personal service - phone calls AND LESSONS when I drop in to have air out in my tire! He is so generous. I am considering buying a second Mercedes for my wife. Greg in service went above and beyond and offered to wash my car after caring for the tire. I love this dealership. Today’s visit made me fill stronger than ever that I made the right move choosing to work with Herb Chambers Mercedes in Natick. Charles and Greg, thank you for your consummate professionalism.

Charles is an excellent agent and he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I came in looking to trade in my old vehicle for a newer certified pre owned vehicle. Other than that, I had no idea exactly what I was looking for. Charles graciously showed me and had me test drive a few different models and he educated me on the differences and similarities between all the cars. He is very knowledgeable and asked me plenty of questions to help me navigate my vehicle search in the right direction. After gaining an understanding of the different models, it became clear that the C300 was the perfect car for me. The process was seamless and incredibly easy thanks to Charles.
