While in school my Biology teacher gave a 'Top Class' for work that was beyond exceptional or excellent. This is how I would describe my overall experience at the Mercedes Benz of Natick. I worked with Howard from sales and he was extremely professional, helpful and didn't mind my stream of questions. His inputs were insightful and I was impressed by his patience and knowledge of cars and the in-built systems. The final delivery was handled by Caroline, who was again very detail oriented and ensured I was comfortable and understood all the features in the car. A thumbs up to the entire team for a pleasant and fulfilling experience.
