Jasper Abreu - we appreciate his kindness, professionalism, attitude and demeanor - he put us at ease. Jasper treated us with respect, was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and patient. He was the reason we made our decision to lease the Mercedes GLA for our daughter instead of the Audi Q3. After the winter we experienced, the leased vehicle our daughter was driving was not suitable for the New England winters and commuting to college. As mother and daughter, we embarked on a test driving spree to see which vehicle would suit her - size, comfort and most importantly, safety. Entering dealerships was intimidating for the both of us. We told all the sales associates we where beginning our search test driving 4-wheel and all wheel drive vehicles and would not be making any decisions today. Our daughter test drove the Audi A3 and Q3, Jeep Renegade and Cherokee , Volvo S60, Nissan Murano, Kia Sorento and Sportage, Mazda CX5 and finally Mercedes GLA. As Audi was the first vehicle she test drove we went back a second time to test drive the Audi Q3 which she liked very much. (We own an Audi Q7 Diesel). But the sales associate we had on our 2nd visit to Audi did not make us feel wanted, nor special. We felt like we were a bother to him. The clear choice was the GLA - we thank Jasper for making it an easy decision for us. Our daughter couldn't be happier with her decision. Thank you!

Thanh Nguyen was very patient and eager to help us in selecting the right car. Not only is he knowledgeable and knows the information to all the Mercedes Benz, but also gave us good reasons why we should pick the car we bought. He definitely has exceptional service, is true to his heart, and really want to satisfy every customer needs. He was always very responsive either email or phone. When we didn't get something about the car, he would explain to us in a timely manner. He didn't rush is in making a decision. He even waited for me when I was an hour late due to traffic when he could of went home to watch the Patriots game. He was very detailed when showing the car to us during the test drive and when we purchased the car. He gave us examples which allowed us to understand the usage of the buttons in the car. His personality is great, he's friendly and always a smile in his face. Even after purchasing the car, he offered us his time and asked if we have any questions. Thanks for all your help and we will definitely keep you in mind for future purchases. Also we will let our friends know how good this dealership is and how they should look for you. Also Kris Ricupero the business finance manager was great. He definitely didn't rush us and answered all the questions we had before signing the purchase and sales agreement. Even when I went back and asked him the additional questions I had, he welcomed me in and clarified any questions I had. This dealership is definitely a place to consider when purchasing a Mercedes-Benz. Thank you Thanh and Kris!
