I pulled into my driveway to find a literal spring sticking out of my tire. I showed up 8am the next morning for service. I only work 2 days/week, this being a work day. I work as a physical therapist in home care in downtown Boston. A car is essential. When I met with Jimmy her was very empathetic and professional, but also not sure if a last minute request for a loaner car was doable. Once I explained my job he punched a lot of computer keys and the next thing I know voila! He secured me a car! I cannot emphasize enough that he saved my day and my patient’s day. Thank you Jimmy! I sincerely appreciate the effort! Top notch professional.

I have worked with Paolo on my two leases from Mercedes Benz of Boston. For my first lease I was new to leasing and he was new to that dealership we hit it off right away and he made me feel very comfortable. He is very helpful and knowledgable and that is why I went to him for my second lease. I would recommend him as a top sales rep in regards to knowledge, customer service and personality.
