My Girlfriend totaled her 370Z a few months back and her and i have been on the hunt for a proper replacement. We happen to just stop at the Lexus dealership on the way home one day and glad we did. I wasn't exactly sure if it would be possible for me to drive out with a new vehicle when I came to LNM. But after working with Yoni and Enrique, things worked out great!! Justin's pleasant personality is very conducive to his position at Lexus, His product knowledge is outstanding, as well as his processing skills. He took extra time and care to make sure that I was well versed with every one of the vehicle's systems. Justin walked me through each department of the closing, to ensure a smooth transition of ownership. He also went out of his way to assist me in the sale of my current vehicle. If you work with anyone other than Justin, your purchase/lease experience will not be as smooth and expeditious.

Justin at Lexus of North Miami was wonderful from start to finish, He is extremely knowledgeable and was helpful and patient in orienting us to all the new features of the 2016 Lexus. He personally went through every feature and helped us customize the car settings to our specific needs, including helping us set up the Lexus Enform and Lexus mobile application to communicate with our new car.
