Tom O'Donnell was great. This was our 5th lease with Herb Chambers Kia and the 3rd time working with Tom. Tom new exactly what I wanted, did not pressure me into things I did not want and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. As long as I continue to lease, I will be heading back to Herb Chambers Kia.

The customer service was excellent ! I had a oil change and got my wipers replaced it was a very easy and smooth process. Since I bought my Kia Sorento the vehicle has been reliable and drives great!

Amazing experience all around everything was as promised and my car was so clean after Jen, Cesar and Liz were great and the ice cream is a nice touch!!!
