I helped a friend with a paint issue with her 2011 RAV4 Limited. The roof showed issues with the roof where the paint chipped/peeled. There was a recall on the paint used when the vehicle was built. I drove it to herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn and met with Alyssa Moran one of the Service Advisors. I explained the issue at hand and she took it from there from start to finish. She was extremely polite and professional. She explained the entire process and even gave me a timeline for approval from Toyota. Within a week she followed up and contacted me directly and scheduled the vehicle to be repaired. Alyssa kept me informed from the time the vehicle was checked in to the time I received the car back. Not only was the damaged area repaired like new but it even was cleaned inside and out. Alyssa was excellent! This was a no cost repair. She was polite and professional and showed great attention to detail! Many people could take a lesson in customer service from Alyssa at Herb Chambers of Toyota in Auburn.

Bryan was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with! I had been shopping around at a couple dealers and can vouch for the fact that Bryan was extremely transparent and upfront about the negotiations, no shady business at all. 10/10 would recommend, if I had to purchase a vehicle again Bryan would be the first person I'd reach out to.

Originally placed an order for a Toyota Sequoia, and they were looking for 10k ADM. I put down my deposit and Tim ( Sales Manager ) will try to locate one for me before thanksgiving but my car didn’t arrive in time. Instead, my salesman Chris gave me a call and ask if I want the 1 of 500 GR Supra A91 in manual. I was not surprised at all given HC is so big in New England the dealership must have allocation for the GR Supra A91 because they sold so many. Although they were asking for 10k over but I was able to get the car for the price I want. Shoutout to the whole Asian Gang Tim & Dylan at the desk. They hook a brother up for sure. Also want to thanks Chris for giving me a call and give me the opportunity to own 1 of 500 A91 GR Supra.
