This is the first time that I had a stress-free car buying experience. I had a specific used car in mind and the whole transaction from start to finish was so easy with the help of the crew at Herb Chambers Hyundai in Westborough. John Agbey was my agent and he was accessible throughout the process, knowledgeable about the car, and helpful in getting things processed quickly. I don't live near Westborough so I pushed to get everything settled in a matter of two visits. I went in on a Wednesday and drove away the next day! Pierre was excellent in the financing department and GM Devin even made sure to check in and introduce himself. All in all, an excellent experience and I highly recommend John to guide anyone through the car buying process!

I just purchased Hyundai Accent. John is very knowable sales rep, not only on Hyundai cars but other brands as well. I highly recommend to talk to him before making a decision. They really work to earn my business - I feel respected. One thing I appreciate from Westboro dealership is that they gave me some breathing room to think through and help me make a reasonable decision.

My sales person provided me with unlimited sales assistance, patience and was very respectful. When there was a disagreement between my insurance agent and the dealer regarding transferring plates, the sales person personally met me at my insurance agency and transferred the plates there since it was already registered.

I just bought a Hyundai Sante Fe after doing a lot of research on the vehicle. I went to Herb Chambers Hyundai of Westborough and Emad came to greet me. He was very helpful and showed me the car I was looking for. But as the inventory is tight he also showed me a pre-owned car in the perfect color that had all the bells and whistles and was much more affordable.
