Courteous, straightforward and transparent. It was a pleasure doing business with BMW of Sudbury. I felt I got a good deal on my trade in, received my new vehicle 3+ months ahead of schedule and the staff were very helpful in executing all of the steps with insurance and registration updates needed. The car was prepared beautifully and I am very happy with it, too.

Jack is an exceptional salesman and really went above and beyond to keep my business with BMW Sudbury.
