Jack is an exceptional salesman and really went above and beyond to keep my business with BMW Sudbury. From the moment I opened the door and made my first step into the showroom, I was welcomed with kindness and warmth. This was a stand out compared to some other dealerships. I worked with Chelsie Swann - she was professional and kind. I appreciated how if she didn’t know the answer to something, she would look it up and get back to me, rather than fluff me off. It showed me she took me seriously as a customer and wanted me to have the best information. The moment that stood out for me was when Chelsie and Daniel (one of the Genius experts) went out of their way to help me with my new car at my house.
