I had a good experience with my car purchase and the deal I got on my trade in.

I had purchased a certified 2016 328xi from Bmw of Warwick. I had a very rare noise coming from the engine bay couple of days after buying it. The dealer I bought it from never responded to emails or phone calls. Herb Bmw of Boston tried fixing it but was not complete and noise still occurred while driving.So I decided to mention it to Bmw of Sudbury when i went for an oil change. Special Thanks to the service manager Almir ( AL) at Bmw of Sudbury. He went outside the box and took care of me , took many visit a -lot of experiments with the car but he finally managed to fix the noise by using all his experiences + dealer resources . A true example of employee. Also Ashley service advisor kept me notified and updated top notch service and also thanks to the shop foreman Kamal on the test drives.

The very first time I ever contacted BMW of Sudbury regarding a vehicle, I was specifically asked to be paured with their most knowledgable salesman. That weekend I ended up meeting the greatest car salesman I have ever met, Charlie.K. Believe it or not, that was nearly 5 years ago. I am about to be on my 3rd BMW and Charlie has not only become the only person I will ever contact regarding anything BMW but he has become a family friend. And this is the level of professionalism and trust that the team here at BMW if Sudbury foster. You truly become part of the family and this is why I would highly recommend Charlie and the team to anyone. Bill, Al and Nick are all great as well, Pranav is a class act and I doubt I will ever see another dealership that is as excellent as this one. Even after years, I am always welcomed with a handshake and a smile and am free to check out the inventory whenever I am there for service. They are the top BMW dealership for a reason folks. I challenge anyone to find out for themselves!
