I had a relaxed and positive experience with both Colin Coyne and Brad Lunar as well as all other people I dealt with at Ganley Subaru East. I felt the process was handled professionally, questions were answered promptly and the team has a vast knowledge and confidence in the Subaru brand. It's day two with the Crosstrek, but so far I'm happy and impressed with the vehicle and Ganley Subaru East.

I put off the dreaded decision of looking for a car long enough. My lease was up in less than a month and I hadn’t made it to the car show this year to give me some idea of what was out there. Brad Lunar made my experience at Ganley Subaru East easy to navigate through. He is professional, has a ton of product knowledge, let me ask the questions and concerns I had for the vehicle without the rhetorical/typical sales pitch. That alone is reason enough to come to this dealership when choosing a car. There was no nonsense or pressure to purchase the car. He also came along on the test drive pointing out special features and options I might enjoy of the Forster that I now own. He was very insightful during the process and shared his own experience owning a Subaru. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating in every way throughout the process of choosing a car. I truly appreciate and would recommend the sales team here at Ganley Subaru East.

My experience started with a great salesman. It was a comfortable and relaxing experience. He got me in the right car and price. After agreeing on a car, the process continued to go very smooth. Everyone I came in contact with was super nice and added to my Great experience!! Thank you!!
