I had zero desire to get a new car. My previous Crosstrek was one payment away from being paid off, but it was due for several service repairs that totaled over $2K. As much as I didn't want a new car payment, I also didn't want to have to continue to worry about the repairs on an aging car. I took the leap and purchased a new Crosstrek. First, I can't say enough good things about Jason Ceja in service. I have never dealt with anyone in service BUT Jason, so he is completely familiar with my car and its service history. Every time I come in, we have a laugh about the time chipmunks chewed through my drive belt. Joy and Joe assisted me with the purchase of the new car. Not only does Joy seem to be a delightful human being, she knew the product in and out and was able to quickly help me familiarize myself with the newer Crosstrek features. Ganley didn't have the specific vehicle I wanted in stock, but Joe was able to secure another quickly. I love how easy things are when I go to Ganley. My trips for service have been so smooth. Buying a new car was (relatively) stress-free and painless.

My experience at Ganley Subaru was TERRIFIC. This was mostly due to the individual attention and assistance given to me by Brad Lunar. He was knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. He answered my many questions and explained features of the vehicles which I was looking at. He remembered details I had expressed as being important to me and helped me find the right vehicle which would match my requirements. Professional and polite to my husband and son who accompanied me. There was no pressure which had been a worry to me. When the deal was complete, he assisted me in clearing all my belongings out of my other car. He offered to transfer my plate cover to my new car and said if I bought a new cover later he would help me to place it on the car. He reviewed the features I would need to know to be comfortable driving my new vehicle. Brad is the BEST and I would recommend him and this dealership as it made my car buying experience so positive.

My buying experience was excellent, beginning with a call from Hannah Benjamin to follow up on a question I had. She was informative, and was able to work out a better price on my 2018 WRX after we spoke. This all happened very quickly and efficiently, I could tell they were willing to work to earn my business! When I went to the dealership I worked with Robert Swyt, who did an amazing job of walking me through all of the technology and safety features while finance was worked out and the vehicle was detailed. He also did a nice hands-on demonstration once I took possession of the car, so I was road-ready and comfortable with my new ride immediately!

I could not be happier with my experience at Ganley Subaru East! This is an all-star team. Robert is so honest, easy to work with and accommodating. He makes the car buying process pleasant and gives you all the facts, even down to explaining how to use your new vehicle's features. He even helped me organize a pickup for my rental car right from the dealership! As his customer, I felt valued and kept in the loop during each part of the buying process. I also had the pleasure of working with Aramis in the finance department, and am grateful for the time he took to explain the specifics to me. He was also super friendly and helpful. Both of these gentlemen are just stellar at what they do. This team really puts care into their client relationships, and I'd recommend Ganley Subaru East to anyone!
