The service department solved what I thought was going to be a complicated problem quickly and easily and at no cost to me, and they arranged a Lyft ride to bring me back o the dealership so I could drive my car home.

I could not be happier with my experience at Ganley Subaru East! This is an all-star team. Robert is so honest, easy to work with and accommodating. He makes the car buying process pleasant and gives you all the facts, even down to explaining how to use your new vehicle's features. He even helped me organize a pickup for my rental car right from the dealership! As his customer, I felt valued and kept in the loop during each part of the buying process. I also had the pleasure of working with Aramis in the finance department, and am grateful for the time he took to explain the specifics to me. He was also super friendly and helpful.
