NEW CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE - I just purchased my fourth (4th) Mini Cooper for Checkered Flag Mini of Virginia Beach. As you can see I continue to bring my business to one dealership. There are good reasons for my loyalty. One: The Customer Service is the best in the business. This trip I had Vicki Sexton as my Sales person. She was marvelous. She took me around to the see the inventory at the dealership, but nothing peaked my interest. Without missing a beat she sat me down and pulled up her computer. She sat with me through the process of building my new 2024 Mini Cooper Countryman S ALL4 from scratch. I had tried it on line myself and the process was okay but I really needed an expert to help me make some critical choices. Vicki was that expert! If you want someone to help you from start to finish/delivery, Ms. Vicki Sexton is your go to sales person. Hopefully she will be there to help me purchase my next Mini. Keep up the fantastic work Vicki. I really appreciated everything you help me with. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new Mini.

Having purchased several cars, I have come to put car buying in the same catagory as visiting the dentist. Untill now. David was great in answering a million questions and showing me the cars in detail. No preassure sales was a BIG pluss. I brought a new Smart Fortwo (Loving it!) and had my adult children tag along to the dealership. Now they all want to go back and buy their own. I would highly recomend anyone in the Hampton Roads area to visit Checkerd Flag and if you really want a great car, ask for David Bennett to show you the Smart Car.

Everyone who works at Checkered Flag Mini is exceptional at what they do. They have fun with their work and it definitely shows through to the buying experience. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and treated us like old friends, not just clients. Our Motoring Adviser, Brian Fellini, was genuinely a fun guy to work with and made us feel like we were buying a car from an old trusted friend. We can honestly say that we have never laughed and smiled that much while purchasing a car. We were never hassled nor did we ever feel pressured into making a purchase. Brian took the time to answer each and every last one of my questions. He honestly wanted us to be comfortable and let us take as much time as we needed to make our decision. We would definitely highly recommend Checkered Flag Mini, and Brian Fellini, to anyone who wants an exceptional purchasing experience. From start to finish, the entire process was the most fun we have ever had at a car dealership, period. From the first time we stepped into the dealership, Steve was very open, friendly and knowledgeable about his product. We were set up with an immediate test drive and loved the car, which was obvious to him. We said we were looking at several other vehicles for comparison and there was no pressure from Steve for further information. He merely stated he would follow up with us soon. He did exactly what he said and followed up the next day asking if we had any questions and directed us to the Mini USA website. None of the other dealerships called us for follow up. We came back two more times asking for more information and to look at other vehicles on the lot. Each time we were given free rein to walk around and look at vehicles without Steve looking over our shoulder and probing us for information. The price given to us was very fair and there was no pressure to close the deal. When we finally purchased the vehicle, it was put inside the building and Steve spent over an hour going over all the features of the vehicle with us. Excellent service - I am also receiving follow up e-mails after the sale!
