Last week I had my RS7 in for its 24,000 mi. service. Audi of Roch has serviced it since new. The Service Consultants are attentive, listen well and are extremely accommodating. Danelle backed the loaner up to my car, transferred my materials and cleaned off the snow and left the car idling outside the door so it would be warmed for me. Shawn, the Technician who works on my RS7 is knowledgeable, thorough and detail oriented. He is always willing to answer my questions or attend to a special request re: the cars operation. Later in the day, the service was completed, I returned the loaner car. My car was washed on the outside and as clean on the inside as I brought it them. The service facilities are always clean, customer friendly and staff welcoming. I enjoy the service experience at Audi of Rochester.
