I had been looking for a used truck with specific equipment and was offered a good deal on a new vehicle for only a few thousand more. The deal was great, I love the truck, the salesman was a pleasure to work with. The sales manager, who I've never met, was serious about selling a truck and cut the new vehicle cost down to within my range. Now is the time to buy a new car! Got $6500 knocked off the drive off price! Took about 2 hours but they are ready to sell. Nobody is in the dealerships coz of the current economic crisis and pandemic. Nalley will work with you.... it's a buyer's market! Also, these are great sales and finance people and a great dealership owner.

Overall very happy. There is a "we owe" for mats for the car. These were to be shipped to us but as yet we haven't received them. Mysteriously, our sales person is no longer returning phone calls or emails. Also left message for sales manager, who also is not returning calls. I would have thought better of Nalley.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and was told that dealer would clean and repair damaged bumper and they did. When I returned to dealer and questioned stains Mr. Shugari and Mrs. Pat did not hesitate to make me happy. They were very adimate about making sure all of my needs were met.
