So I'm just a young girl starting out in life and I was in desperate need of a good reliable car. (something better than my 2005 Pontiac Sunfire). My friend recommended Garber Honda so I visited the Rochester location and found that it was probably the best decision I could make. I sat down with Xavier Cox and he gave me a basic idea of what options I had and what steps I had to take in this currently unfamiliar process. He was very patient and he wasn't pushy at all in any way. He gave me space and plenty of time (a few months actually=just what I needed) to make up my mind and figure things out before making any decisions. (This part was very important to me because pushy salesman enrage me and stress me out.) Xavier was the salesman I needed to work with and he made things so easy for me. I ended up financing a 2014 Toyota Yaris for an excellent price and I LOVE IT! I'm now so grateful for all the diligent work Xavier and his coworkers put into helping me out. I was looking to get out of my Chevy lease and was looking to finally buy after 5 years of leasing. I have dealt with Gina and Matt in the past which lead me their way. Gina, Matt and Dan continued to give me their opinion of buying a Honda CRV and I disagreed. After months of me disagreeing I finally purchased a Honda CRV. This was the best move I could of made in purchasing a vehicle and location. The process was seamless. The staff was very friendly and straightforward. Something that is appreciative which we all know some salesman can be pushy.When you walk into the door your treated as a family member not just a sale. Gina, Matt and Dan went the extra mile to make sure I ended up with something I was going to be happy with. Going through the process and the paperwork Man was right there extremely helpful and explained every detail. The whole team as a whole is a solid group of people. I would highly recommend going to Garber Pre-Owned for any used car needs.

I purchased my 2013 Honda Civic through Garber Honda with Sam Meadows. She was an absolute delight. She was knowledgeable and helpful, if she didn't know an answer to a question she found out and I asked a lot of questions. She was very patient. She eased my concerns and was very accommodating! I highly recommend Garber. Working with Man from finances was also great. He also went the extra mile to ensure everything went well!
