Can't say enough about Joe Lighthouse! I had zero experience in purchasing a car. Joe answered all my questions, spent time explaining all the options to me and was very patient with me as I went back and forth on the car color!! Went into garber Honda on 8-24 after getting prices at another Dorchester Honda dealership for a car for my mother as her old Honda had 140,000+ miles on it. At garber we dealt with Gene Ake who was excellent! Was not pushy in the slightest and worked with my parents on agreeing on a dea for a new accord for my mother... Well we ended up leaving with the new 2016 accord AND a new CRV for myself. Reviewed a great deal in addition to negotiating our trade ins. Stress free environment and was very curtous making sure we were comfortable and explored options in our price range. We will be returning in the next couple days to get remote starts out in both vehicles. Mike L.
